Organised by the Regional Council of Burgundy, "Bonjour Bourgogne" is a trade only wine and food tasting event, held at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore, The Straits Room, on the 28th November 2006 from 10am to 6pm.

Specially flown in for the occasion, 15 wine and food producers shared stunning white wines and the sensual, rich reds together with the best of French cuisines, with the professionals from the F&B and related industry. The event was also honored by a visit of Mr Pierre Buhler, Ambassador of France in Singapore and Mr Ferez, Vice-President of the Region of Bourgogne.
