Apéritif a la Française, the biggest French cocktail party by Sopexa was held on the first Thurday of June. The event was grace by the presence of His Excellency Mr. Pierre Bulher, the French ambassdor in Singapore. It was a night of glitz and glamour at the Novotel Hotel Clark Quay Singapore. This year the event was held on the 7th of June 2007, where the group were regaled by French wine, canapés and nibbles, as well as wandering artists and live performances.

Apéritif a la Française, is the France way of spreading their culture trademark joie de vivre to people everywhere. Participants was able to induge in the informal, leisure affair and experience the French way of enjoying life.
