Held at The Square, Novotel Hotel Clark Quay Singapore, guests present gathered to pick up tips on pairing Champagne and Cheese.

With Champagnes from Gosset, Piper Heidsieck, & Duval Leroy, as well as more than 10 types of cheeses from the Farms of France, such as Morbier, Munster Nature, and Comte De Chalet, a selection of canapés, and cold cuts, our guests were led by Singapore's first qualified Oenologist, Mr Edwin Soon, with the pairing.
