To foster in the young children, the lifelong skills of independence, endurance and courage, Young Parents, together with Sopexa, hosted the Young Parents Pedal 'n' Run event, which was held at Bishan Park on the morning of 15 December 2007.

Apart from the race, the 200 kids aged between 5 and 10, were also entertained with carnival activities like balloon sculpting, face painting, as well as stage games, and entertainment.
